Baked Vegetables

Not only is it delicious, but it’s practical, too. It takes right around 30 minutes to make, so it’s an easy way to add veggies to any meal.



Baked Vegetables


Ingredients

  • 1 med red onion

  • 1 medium white onion

  • 2 cups carrots

  • 2 cups Cauliflower rice

  • 4 cups red or green cabbage

  • 1 1/2 cup spring onions

  • 6 cloves of garlic

  • 1 1/2 cup mushrooms

  • 1 TSP Turmeric

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 TSP Cayenne pepper (optional)

  • 8 TSP olive oil


Directions

  1. Cut up all ingredients before you measure.

  2. Cut up the onion into cubes.

  3. Measure all the ingredients into one big bowl, add the seasoning and mix together. Pour in baking pan then add olive oil then mix in.

  4. Bake on, Broil at low for 7 minutes , stir then bake another 7 minutes and is it ready to serve
