Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce or spinach or spring mix

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • a piece of fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 piece small avocado

  • 5 drops of stevia


Steps:

Blend all together.
